North Gate/Kettle Lake Key Access

Interested in getting up to Kettle Lake using the Forest Service Road at the North End? We are happy to accommodate access to you!

To request the gate key, please email (with as much notice as possible) cranbrookcommunityforest@gmail.com with the following information:

  • Full name

  • The dates and times the key is required

  • The purpose of the key request (what are you doing?)

  • Please note as the CCFS is a volunteer board, last-minute requests

may not be feasible to accommodate but we will do our best

Upon receiving the request, CCFS will reply by email with confirmation to provide instructions on how and where to pick up the key, confirm the time frame required, and any further instructions.

It is understood that you will be required to provide ID when you are picking up the key. You will be required to close and lock the gate upon entry and exit of the CCF (the gate is not to be left open or unlocked).

Failure to return the key promptly may result in future restrictions on key access.
